Synopsis: “Us, our pets and the war” is a film about life, humanity, as well as an incredibly close connection between people and animals, which is even more strongly highlighted by the war in Ukraine. This emotionally moving documentary not only features a fabulous cast of pets and animals, including the Yemeni chameleon “Igoryok”, but the people who risked their lives to rescue them. These are stories of hope and love, of soldiers and volunteers, foreigners and Ukrainians, who help animals at home, abroad and on the front lines.
